Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Deal Biller to join our dealership team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing vehicle sales billing, ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory standards. Your expertise will help streamline our dealership's billing operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support overall financial health. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and possesses strong accounting skills combined with excellent customer service abilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced automotive environment while utilizing your technical accounting knowledge and software proficiency. Responsibilities Review and audit completed vehicle deals for accuracy and completeness. Verify all required paperwork, signatures, funding documents, and supporting documentation. Process and submit deals to banks, lenders and financial institutions for funding. Follow up on pending and rejected deals to ensure timely funding. Resolve discrepancies and missing information with the sales and finance teams. Maintain accurate deal jackets and electronic records. Ensure deals comply with lender requirements and dealership policies. Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding funding. Communicate effectively with lenders, managers, and dealership personnel. Assist with title and registration paperwork as needed. Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in accounting or finance roles within the automotive industry or public accounting environment Strong knowledge of accounting concepts including double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, journal entries, and account reconciliation Hands-on experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, Quicken, Sage, or similar systems; familiarity with PeopleSoft is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel formulas and spreadsheets for data entry and analysis tasks Excellent attention to detail, analysis skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately under tight deadlines Strong communication skills for effective client interaction via phone etiquette and professional correspondence Join us in this exciting role where your expertise will directly impact our dealership's financial operations! Pay:
