General Responsibilities:
Responsible for accounting activities of the statewide permanency network contract assisting with facilitating vendor, contractors and expense payment and general ledger process. Assists with payment of all vendors, contractors, and employee expense reimbursement, verifying, coding, and entering invoices to general ledger. Assists with correspondence and resolution of issues with vendors, contractors, and employee expense reimbursement. Assists with creating and entering journal entries into the general ledger.
Education/Training:
High school degree or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in general accounting functions normally required.
ADA:
Ability to bend, stoop, sit, reach and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
