Responsibilities include:

Managing day to day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online Processing and reviewing ADP payroll Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, merchant accounts, and marketplace deposits Tracking ecommerce sales, returns, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and payouts Helping organize Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Costco, and other marketplace accounting Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable Entering bills, payments, deposits, and journal entries Helping prepare reports for management, accountants, lenders, and ownership Supporting ERP implementation and inventory related accounting Keeping financial records clean, current, and accurate

Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks Online Experience with ADP Payroll Strong understanding of ecommerce accounting Knowledge of Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or similar marketplace accounting is a plus ERP experience or willingness to work inside an ERP system Strong reconciliation skills Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets Highly organized and able to work independently Must be accurate, confidential, and dependable Experience with manufacturing, inventory, food, CPG, or wholesale accounting is a plus
