Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper Full-Time | On-Site | Erie, PA Engineered Plastics, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to support daily office operations and accounting functions. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist visitors, customers, and vendors. Manage filing systems, correspondence, and office records. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks. Record financial transactions and maintain bookkeeping records. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Assist with financial reporting and month-end activities. Support management with administrative and accounting projects as needed. Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information. Qualifications Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative support required. Knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Ability to assist with financial reporting, expense tracking, and preparation of financial statements. Experience using accounting software to manage ledgers, process invoices, record payments, and reconcile accounts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling financial and employee information. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment; prior manufacturing experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional coursework, certification, or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
