Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll manage the processing of invoices, ensure payments are processed accurately and on time, and help maintain strong vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities Process and verify invoices for accuracy Prepare and execute payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Qualifications Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Prior automotive accounting experience preferred Established in 1935, we are a family-owned and operated dealership with a strong commitment to our community and our customers.
