Description We're Hiring a Bookkeeper! Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with QuickBooks? We're looking for a dependable Bookkeeper to join our team and help keep our financial records accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with payroll and tax documentation
- Perform data entry and general administrative support
Qualifications:
- Experience using QuickBooks required
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
