Full-Charge Bookkeeper Location:

Pay:

$60,000 - $80,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, full-time Take Ownership of the Company's Financial Accuracy Thomas Edison Electric is expanding, and we need a bookkeeper who can keep our financial systems structured, clean, and reliable. This is a hands-on accounting role focused on day-to-day operations, not tax preparation. You'll be the person ensuring everything balances before leadership ever reviews it. Core Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable, payable, and daily cash flow Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts Maintain general ledger accuracy Handle deposit tracking and liability reconciliation Ensure job costing aligns with operational data Support monthly close processes Partner with ownership for financial visibility Coordinate with external CPA for year-end processes What You Bring 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Working knowledge of GAAP principles QuickBooks Online experience required Strong reconciliation and troubleshooting skills High attention to detail and accountability Ability to operate independently Preferred Background Construction, trades, or service-based accounting experience Benefits 401(k) with company match Fully paid health and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Team events and recognition
