A/R Specialist

Job Summary Our Pittsburgh based company, headquartered on Neville Island is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our ongoing business growth. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Receive and respond to customer inquiries when payment discrepancies exist Perform collection calls daily and note the customer accounts and invoices Review customer credit availability for new orders placed on hold Assist with cash, credit card, and ACH payments and apply against customer balances Assist with deposits, including scanning checks daily for bank deposit Assist the billing specialists with portal invoicing Run credit reports and enter new customers in the ERP system Update and maintain customer files Assist accounts payable with processing vendor invoices and requisition purchase orders Perform other related duties and assignments as required

Education/Certification Requirements:
