• 108447 Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in accounts payable? We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to support our client's team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, ensuring timely vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and assisting with monthly financial reporting to maintain accurate and reliable financial records.

• Schedule:

  Full-time (in-office)

• Pay:

  $23.00+/Hour (based on experience)
• This is a temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare owner statements and support monthly financial reporting
• Process accounts payable, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records
• Post customer charges, accept payments, and assist with 1099 processing
• Handle phones, permit submissions/payments, and provide administrative support to the team
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting, finance, or business-related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
