Qualifications & Requirements The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance, though we also highly value candidates with equivalent real-world experience and a strong background in bookkeeping. A minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a small-to-mid-size company. Direct experience within Construction, Real Estate, or Custom Home Building is a significant advantage (Job Costing experience is a plus). Advanced command of QuickBooks Desktop is highly preferred, complemented by high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. An unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information with the utmost integrity.
