Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper Role Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and customer account activity. The Bookkeeper will perform bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and account reviews to ensure accuracy. Enter and maintain financial data within the company's accounting system. Prepare and post journal entries while supporting accurate financial reporting. The Bookkeeper will assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Monitor unit cost variances and assist with establishing cost standards for materials and labor. The Bookkeeper will support the accounting team with special projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives. What We're Looking For in a Bookkeeper 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience. Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger processes. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Comfortable learning new systems and identifying opportunities to improve processes. EB-8363407701
