Our certified and highly-skilled teams specialize in structural steel design, engineering, detailing, fabrication, erection and retrofit to existing structural members. Key Responsibilities Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, 401k, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Processes weekly payroll for office and field employees. Provides assistance to Human Resources as needed. Process weekly employee expense reimbursements. Files payroll taxes weekly, quarterly, and year-end as well as processing W2's. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. Provides assistance to the Accounting Department. Downloads and uploads data files weekly for health and dental insurance. Processes company credit card transactions. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of related experience. Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
