Collate invoice with checks. Maintain subcontractors certificates of insuranceEnter weekly payroll in Sage & ADP, distribute reports to project managers for approval. Track time off, apprentice union raisesAssist with tracking cash flow and change order collectionLog, track all orders, deliveries, invoices and paymentsProcess sale and use/lease taxPrepare budget entry in the online systemService dispatch, billing, and collections.
