What's in Store We're on the lookout for an Accounting Coordinato r to join our growing team in Maitland, FL . As an Accounting Coordinator, you will support the Accounting Department by providing clerical support. Key Responsibilities Maintaining the provider database, including inputting provider data into the system, updating the database, verifying information on the governmental website, collecting and correcting W-9 information from providers, adding and deleting information as needed Sorting and handling all outgoing claim checks daily; requires review of each check according to customer specific procedures Policy 33-314 (continued) Handling voids, transfers and refunds related to claims checks for all customer accounts • Daily review of positive pay and exception handling for customer bank accounts Handling all matters related to client bank account funding, including fund review, requests and tracking Correctly handle bank reconciliations monthly for 40+ customers Setting up and maintaining Excel spreadsheets on various accounting subjects Providing daily/weekly/monthly detailed check and various other reports based on customer requirements Support company values of We are Dynamic, We are Innovative, We are Connected, and We Succeed Together Perform other duties as assigned This role is an hourly, full-time, in-office position based in Maitland, FL . You must reside in the geographical area to be considered for this role.
