Job Description

Truity Partners is supporting a client in Waukesha, WI with their search for an Accounting Specialist. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the client also considering direct hire candidates. The role offers a hybrid schedule, and full-time 8:00am-5:00pm hours. Compensation is estimated at approximately $28.00-$30.00 per hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable Account reconciliations Journal entries Month-end and year-end close support Reporting Support across the accounting and finance teams as needed

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of general accounting experience preferred; recent graduates with relevant accounting internships/coursework encouraged to apply Bachelors degree preferred Strong attention to detail Experience with ERP systems Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills
