This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing customer payments, and assisting with account reconciliations in a telecom environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the monthly close process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (AP) Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals Enter and manage AP bills in Acumatica accounting software Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies Monitor AP aging and follow up on outstanding items Collaborate with operations teams as needed Accounts Receivable (AR) Apply customer payments accurately (ACH, checks, wires) in SpryBill software Investigate and resolve misapplied payment issues Assist with AR reconciliation process Collaborate with billing team as needed

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in AP, AR, or general accounting Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica & SpryBill preferred, not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, lookups) Experience in telecom or construction is a plus FirstDigital Communications provides a compensation program based on experience and performance and a comprehensive benefits package.
