Job DescriptionJob Description Accounts Payable Specialist Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional who enjoys owning the full AP process and working with multiple teams? This long-term, direct-hire opportunity could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Process invoices from start to finish, including coding, documentation, terms, and approvals Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor compliance records (W-9s, COIs, agreements, onboarding documents) Run payments (checks and EFT), maintain vendor data, and assist with accruals and invoice holds Respond to vendor and consultant inquiries regarding invoices and payment status Qualifications 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience Construction, Engineering, or similar industry experience preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and follow-through Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (Syteline, Oracle, SAP, Deltek, or similar) Pay & Benefits $25-$30/hour, based on experience Direct hire, full-time role (Monday-Friday) Hybrid schedule available after 6 months (3 onsite / 2 remote) PTO, paid holidays, medical/dental/life insurance 401(k) with company match
