Temp-to-Hire (90 days) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Child & Family Data Coordinator to support the accuracy and integrity of program data within a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for maintaining child and family records, ensuring compliance with program standards, and supporting staff with data entry and reporting needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys working behind the scenes to support operational success. Key Responsibilities + Maintain and update child and family records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality + Audit data to ensure completeness, timeliness, and compliance with program requirements + Generate reports and assist with tracking enrollment, attendance, and eligibility data + Support staff with data entry processes and provide basic system troubleshooting + Assist with monitoring and meeting compliance standards + Identify discrepancies and help implement solutions to improve data quality + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data is aligned across departments Requirements Qualifications + 1+ year of administrative, data entry, or database experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Experience with database systems (ChildPlus or similar) is a plus Additional Requirements + Background check and drug screening required + Ability to work fully onsite in South OKC Why Join? + Opportunity to convert to a permanent role after 90 days + Stable Monday-Friday schedule + Meaningful work supporting children and families in the community TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
