Opportunity:

• We're partnering with a well-established financial services organization seeking an
• Accounts Payable Specialist
• to support their accounting operations. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, expense reports, corporate card transactions, and purchase orders
• Review and validate documentation for accuracy, approvals, and compliance
• Execute payments including ACH, wire transfers, and check runs
• Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor setup
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• Support month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations
• Identify process improvements and support system enhancements

• Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience
• Experience with invoicing and expense reports
• Knowledge of

IRS 1099

reporting and basic tax requirements

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems

• The pay range for this position is $23.00
