Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for accuracy to support our accounts payable processes. This position offers a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices.
  • Reconcile and investigate discrepancies in invoices using Deltek software.
  • Index and validate invoices through the Integrify platform for seamless processing.
  • Organize and distribute incoming mail on a daily basis.
  • Address inquiries and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required to support the finance team.
