Job Description

The Accounts Receivable and HR Coordinator will ensure member accounts are in order and in good standing. Additionally, the Coordinator will support human resource functions. •
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to members. Maintains and updates member files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions. Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment. Creates reports regarding the current status of member accounts as requested. Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Controller and other staff. Collaborates with the Controller to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis. Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger. Assists the Controller in reconciling revenue accounts each month. Assists the controller with HR and year-end duties. Handles administration of new hire process, paperwork, and enter in our payroll provider in timely manner. Create and maintain associate files in an orderly, compliant and secure manner. Address and respond to associate inquiries and issues immediately by tracking them and informing the General Manager or Controller. Cash handling and some local traveling. Maintain and update bulletin boards in all associate areas and HR bulletin board. Maintains regular attendance and is consistently on time. Relays changes of information to appropriate employees. Performs other related duties as assigned.
