PM Role Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented AR Coordinator to manage collections, cash application, and account reconciliations for a retail portfolio. You'll resolve billing issues, drive timely payments, and support month-end close.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily collections and follow up on past due accounts. Reconcile customer accounts, resolve short pays, credits, and chargebacks. Apply cash and process remittances accurately. Investigate and resolve invoice disputes with internal teams. Negotiate payment arrangements within company policy. Monitor chargebacks and coordinate resolution. Maintain aging reports and AR metrics. Support month-end close and provide audit-ready documentation. Assist customers with invoices, statements, and portal access. Recommend process improvements to reduce delinquencies.

Systems & Skills:

Maintain accurate records and use AR systems, Excel, and customer portals. Preferred experience with D&B, GetPaid, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics, Vertex.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of B2B collections experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite AR Collections B2B preferred
