Job Description
This position will be hybrid of 2 locations. Each run the same software, phone system and have the same routine. Ideally training and transition will be much smoother starting with the more fast pace environment. Handling incoming calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors as needed. Create, maintain and enter customer account information, including contact unit details and balances, and ensure client files are accurate and up-to-date. Prepare and send accurate invoices, credit memos, and periodic customer account statements. Record and deposit payments Enter vendor bills for payment Assist in preparing financial reports for managers and provide them with accurate data for analysis. Organize and maintain office common areas. Perform general office clerk duties and errands. Organizing customer equipment pick-up and delivery and other events as necessary. Assist technician with repair order parts, stock inventory and office supplies as needed. Maintain office equipment as needed. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases. Maintaining a line of communication with main office.
