Remote / Work From Home About the Position West Texas Health / West Texas Ear, Nose and Throat is looking for a reliable and organized Bookkeeper to help manage the company's financial records. This position involves recording transactions, keeping accounts organized, and supporting the accounting team with everyday bookkeeping tasks. Main Responsibilities Record and organize daily financial transactions. Keep financial records accurate and up to date. Review and reconcile bank statements. Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare invoices and basic financial reports. Organize receipts, invoices, and other accounting documents. Assist with monthly bookkeeping and reporting. Keep all company and financial information confidential. Qualifications Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is preferred. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. QuickBooks experience is a plus. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
