Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper (Multi-Entity | Restaurant Group) We are a growing, multi-location restaurant group seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage financials across multiple entities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate books, producing monthly financial reports, and supporting payroll and day-to-day accounting operations. You will work directly with ownership and play a key role in maintaining financial clarity across the business. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities (10+) Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and POS systems Manage accounts payable and receivable Support and/or process payroll and ensure proper reporting Track and categorize expenses across locations Ensure clean, audit-ready books at all times Assist with budgeting and basic financial analysis Coordinate with CPA for tax filings and year-end reporting Qualifications 3-7+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience managing multiple entities or locations (required) Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial reporting Experience with restaurant, retail, or multi-unit businesses (preferred) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) Experience with payroll systems High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of the numbers , not just data entry Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment Able to spot inconsistencies and proactively solve problems Clear communicator who can explain financials simply High level of integrity and trustworthiness Position Details Full-time (flexible depending on candidate) Hybrid or remote possible (with occasional in-person as needed) Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to grow with a scaling restaurant group To Apply Please include: A brief summary of your experience with multi-entity bookkeeping Examples of financial reports you've managed (if available) Your familiarity with restaurant or multi-location operations We are looking for someone who wants to be a long-term partner in maintaining and improving the financial health of our business.
