Job Description

The Hotel General Manager is the leader of the entire hotel operation.
He / She
is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of all hotel operations. This role is pivotal in fostering the culture of LOGIK Management, which emphasizes exceptional guest service, employee engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Day in the life: Review and manage all hotel metrics from previous day. Daily team huddles. Team training and development. Associate counseling, discipline, and reward. Associate recruiting, hiring, and terminations. Attending revenue meetings. Daily corporate reporting. Guest engagement. Daily, weekly, and monthly Franchise tasks. Cash deposits and management. Daily Profit Sword data entry. Controls checks and balances. Guest Reviews responses. Guestroom inspections. Hotel public and exterior space inspections. End of Day daily summary reporting to corporate team. Managing and changing rates. Creating and managing associate schedules. Reviewing and managing labor costs. Supplies ordering and inventory management. Team and guest risk management. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as Hotel General Manager with a verifiable track record of success. Experience with franchise operations including, IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management and reporting. Willingness to learn. Willingness to do what is needed including working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
