Job Description

Bookkeeping & General Ledger:
Maintain accurate and timely financial records by recording all transactions with proper categorization. Ensure daily reconciliation of entries and uphold a clean, organized, and up-to-date general ledger.Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage accounts payable, process invoices, and ensure timely payments. Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and monitoring collections.Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, for management review.Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations:
Perform daily reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.Tax Preparation Support:
Assist with the preparation and filing of various tax returns (e.g., federal, state, local) by gathering necessary financial documents and ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.Payroll Processing:
