Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive accounting functions for our organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and reporting to various companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, experience with various accounting software, and have good communication skills. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and record journal entries, ensure proper double-entry bookkeeping practices, and maintain the general ledger with precision. Reconcile balance sheets and subsidiary accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Experience Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role. Hands-on experience with financial software applications such as QuickBooks as well as Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of data entry accuracy, account reconciliation techniques, and double-entry bookkeeping methods. Ability to handle complex financial concepts such as journal entries, account analysis, and financial reporting with precision and professionalism.

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
