Hotel Accounting Assistant Courtyard Addison Midway Addison, TX Job Details Part-time $18 - $21 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Some college Financial records management Invoice data entry Accounting Full Job Description Company & Position Summary Frontera Hotel Group is growing and we are looking for a part time Accounting Assistant to join our team. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations of the hotel by maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end close, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This position works closely with hotel management to provide timely financial reporting and support operational decision-making. This position will work between 20-25 hours and can be remote from home in the DFW area The Accounting Assistant is responsible for basic accounts receivable, accounts payable, online payments to vendors, and basic general ledger reporting. To thrive in this environment you have to have basic accounting knowledge and some college coursework in Accounting. This position can be a remote role, but we would require onsite 1-2 times per month. You must reside in the DFW Metroplex.
