Job Description
OverviewI'm looking for a Junior Bookkeeper who is serious about building a long-term career in bookkeeping and excited to grow with a small but fast-growing firm. This is a part-time remote position (7-15 hours per week to start) with a clear opportunity to grow into as our firm grows and you take on more responsibility. If you love working in QuickBooks Online, value accuracy, and want to join a supportive team where you can learn and grow, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online Maintain clean, accurate bank feeds Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts Follow detailed internal workflows and checklists Keep organized notes and communicate questions clearly Complete monthly bookkeeping for assigned clients (after training) Collaborate with the team and escalate issues when needed
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:
