Job Description

Hoopes Construction is looking for a dedicated and responsible person to become part of our small, but busy family business. This is in our home office (at this time), must be compatible with that location.
Primary Responsibilities:
Fill out permits - city, county etc. Bookkeeping, be able to handle many different accounts in QuickBooks for construction and rental businesses. Accounting for draws, complete draw process, and accounts payable. Keep all records needed for accountant-coded items in proper order. Keep invoices organized so they can be easily found at any time. Keep info for loans, fill out paperwork, write occasional letters etc. Keep track of details for different properties. File bids as they come in, send out plans to be bid. Able to use and keep current T-val, calculating interest and keeping track of loans. Ability to troubleshoot small computer and printer problems that arise in day to day work. Other duties based upon business needs. Office assistant, run errands, make flyers, keep track of contracts, phone calls, real estate assistance, random and exciting new assignments on going.
Requirements:
Knowledge, previous experience and proficiency in QuickBooks required. Proficient with Microsoft Office and other applications. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Honesty and reliability are critical.

High school
Diploma Compensation:
Hourly, rate based upon experience.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
