We are looking for someone who understands job costing, contractor invoicing, and can confidently manage bookkeeping operations using Houzz Pro . Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Process invoices, receipts, and vendor payments Track job costs and project expenses Maintain accurate customer billing and contractor payments Use Houzz Pro to manage estimates, invoices, payments, and project tracking Assist with payroll preparation and reporting Work with management to maintain organized financial records Requirements Previous bookkeeping experience in the construction industry Proficiency with Houzz Pro is

REQUIRED
