Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payment Administrator to support daily payment operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with payment-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with financial information, digital systems, and confidential records while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Process and record incoming and outgoing payments. Verify payment information and transaction details for accuracy. Monitor payment statuses and follow up on pending transactions. Maintain accurate payment records, reports, and documentation. Identify and investigate payment discrepancies. Assist with account reconciliation and transaction verification. Respond to payment-related inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal teams. Coordinate with accounting, finance, payroll, and administrative departments. Prepare routine payment reports and summaries. Ensure payment activities follow company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information. Perform other administrative and payment-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable working with numbers and financial records. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Previous experience in payment processing, accounting, finance, banking, billing, or administration is preferred but not required. Employees are expected to have reliable internet access, a suitable computer, and a professional workspace. Training Training will be provided on company payment systems, procedures, reporting requirements, security practices, and other responsibilities associated with the position.
Pay:
$32.98 - $36.86 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per weekBenefits:
