//www.snackatere.com 110 KIPP AVE #20D Elmwood Park We are a growing U.S.-based food manufacturing company looking to hire an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage our bookkeeping and day-to-day financial records remotely. The ideal candidate should be based in Israel , fluent in English, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a U.S. company during part of U.S. Eastern business hours. This is a remote position for someone who can take ownership of the bookkeeping function and keep the company's books accurate, organized, and up to date. Responsibilities The bookkeeper will be responsible for: Managing day-to-day bookkeeping Working with QuickBooks Bank and credit card reconciliations Accounts payable and vendor bill entry Accounts receivable and customer invoicing Recording payments, deposits, and expenses Organizing receipts, bills, and financial documents Preparing monthly financial reports Supporting month-end closing Tracking expenses by category, customer, project, or product line Coordinating with our third-party payroll company Collecting and submitting payroll information to the payroll provider Reviewing payroll details for accuracy before processing Helping process payroll checks and related payroll records Working with management and the company's CPA as needed Helping maintain clean and accurate books for a U.S.-based business Ideal Experience The ideal candidate should have: Strong experience with QuickBooks Experience bookkeeping for a U.S.-based company Familiarity with payroll processing and payroll documentation Experience working with a third-party payroll provider is a plus Strong English communication skills Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Ability to work independently and stay organized Experience with inventory, manufacturing, COGS, or product-based businesses is a strong plus Reliable internet and availability for remote communication Position Details Remote position Candidate should be based in Israel Part-time or full-time can be discussed, depending on experience Must be available during some U.S. Eastern Time business hours Long-term position for the right candidate How to Apply Please send your resume and a short message describing your bookkeeping experience, including: Your experience with QuickBooks Whether you have worked with U.S.-based companies Your experience with payroll or working with payroll companies Your availability Your expected hourly rate or monthly rate Any experience with manufacturing, inventory, or product-based businesses
