About the

Role:

Were hiring a Senior Manager to help us keep our financial work top-notch in our construction-focused bookkeeping firm. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in construction accounting, including industry-specific nuances like job costing, work in progress (WIP), accounts payable, and progress billing.

In this role, youll review bookkeeping work, catch and resolve discrepancies, and guide our team on best practices specific to construction clients. Youll lead and participate in client meetings, serve as a key point of contact for ongoing client communication, and help ensure our clients feel confident, informed, and supported.

Youll also play a critical leadership role internallymentoring and managing a blended shore team while helping shape and refine our processes. This includes creating and maintaining SOPs, developing training materials, and supporting quality control standards across the team.

Think of this role as part coach, part problem-solver, and part detail-checker.
