Job Description

Accounting Experience is a requirement for this job. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal with financial/accounting experience to join our real estate law team. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and comfortable managing all financial tasks. Responsibilities - Financial Accounting Specialist Manage accounting tasks, including billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and escrow tracking Maintain accurate file organization and deadline calendars Support office operations and client communication Requirements Solid understanding of accounting principles (QuickBooks a plus) Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Professional, dependable, and proactive What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and professional work environment Opportunities for growth within the firm Benefits available after probationary period
