Full Job Description Overview:

We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team! As an Accounting Specialist for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for managing the receivables for homeowners in rForce platform and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

Making and receiving phone calls from homeowners, collecting payments, resolving payment issues. Processing amendments from homeowners in rForce. Process echecks and checks from the field and credit card payments in rForce and QuickBooks. Manage NAFP process, running payments, collecting back-ends with the completion certificates, including calling homeowners with instructions for payment. Assist Finance team with shared inbox. Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to problem solve and multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in QuickBooks. Ability to learn new software. College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
