This organization is seeking a candidate who values long-term career stability and can demonstrate strong longevity in previous roles. Experience within the construction industry is highly preferred. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who can provide consistent day-to-day AP support while maintaining accuracy, organization, and strong vendor relationships. Accounting Specialist:

Manage high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely entry into the accounting system Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, discrepancies, and documentation requirements Review and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Assist with coding invoices to the appropriate jobs and cost centers, particularly within construction projects Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly Maintain organized digital and physical AP files in compliance with company standards Work closely with project managers and accounting staff to ensure accurate financial tracking Provide updates and assist leadership with AP reporting and month-end support Qualifications for the

Accounting Specialist:
