Job Description

TCI Rhode Island LLC is seeking an experienced onsite bookkeeper to join a growing home services operation in the Warwick/East Greenwich Rhode Island area.
The Role:
This is an onsite position requiring daily presence at our Warwick facility. You will be responsible for all day-to-day bookkeeping functions including accounts receivable invoicing and collections, accounts payable, weekly payroll processing support, bank reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting to ownership. What We're Looking For 3+ years bookkeeping experience QuickBooks experience required — Desktop and/or Online Comfortable working in a paper-based environment during transition to digital systems Experience with trade or service businesses preferred — landscaping, construction, HVAC, plumbing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Onsite availability Monday through Friday Warwick/East Greenwich/Cranston/Providence area preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly rate $22-$28/hour based on experience Part-time to full-time opportunity — 25-40 hours per week Ground floor opportunity with a growing company Stable, long-term position
