Accounts Receivable and Fixed Asset Specialist

Salary:

Are you detail?oriented and comfortable working in SAP or similar ERP systems within a structured environment? What your future day will look like: Apply customer payments, monitor account balances, and maintain accurate AR records within the ERP system. Follow up on outstanding balances while working with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues. Perform account reconciliations and address discrepancies such as short payments or unapplied cash. Prepare commission calculations and reports while partnering with sales and finance teams for accuracy. Support month?end close processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and audit documentation. Maintain fixed asset records, assist with depreciation and capital tracking, and support related accounting tasks.
