This role is essential to maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Process and manage accounts payable invoices and payments Assist with data entry, filing, and document management Support business office operations and administrative tasks Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all records Assist with additional office duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred Prior administrative or accounting support experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Professional communication and customer service skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Chandler Creek Post Acute?
