- and a direct hand in how the business runs. This is a rare hybrid seat that blends two connected disciplines: beverage regulatory compliance and accounts payable. If you're organized, Excel-savvy, and energized by owning processes end to end, you'll thrive here. You don't need to be an expert in both on day one
- strength on one side and the drive to learn the other goes a long way. What you'll do Manage brand & label registrations
- submit, track, and organize Certificates of Label Approval (COLAs) and state brand registrations, and stay ahead of renewal deadlines. Onboard new suppliers
- guide them through registration and make sure compliance is complete before inventory arrives. Own the accounts payable process
- code and enter invoices, match purchase orders, run weekly checks, ACH, and wire payments, and reconcile vendor statements. Keep our data clean
- maintain and update compliance and accounting systems so the numbers and records can be trusted. Audit and report
- run regular audits, catch inaccuracies, and prepare reports that keep the team and management informed. Improve how we work
- follow the processes that keep us sharp and help build the new ones we need as we grow. What you'll bring 2-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience (regulatory or beverage-industry compliance experience is a plus). An associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- or equivalent experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the confidence to learn a new ERP system quickly. Sharp attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to juggle and prioritize. A self-starter who communicates clearly and professionally. Positive, roll-up-your-sleeves energy
