About the Role Processing invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper approvals, and adhering to company policies. Reconciling vendor accounts and statements while resolving discrepancies promptly. Managing accounts payable tasks, including generating reports to monitor metrics and performance. Supporting month-end closing activities by preparing accruals and reconciling accounts. Communicating with vendors to address inquiries and maintain positive relationships. Providing documentation for annual audits and assisting in special projects as needed.
