We are looking for skills that can provide overall bookkeeping and accounting functions for multi-family residential facilities. If you posses a range of these skills and have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, you might be the right fit for our position. This position will handle the following: Receive, code and recorded vendor invoices into the accounting system Ensure that receivables are entered and collected promptly Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy Maintain an orderly accounting filing system Prepare and enter all GL entries and financials. Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills Ability to participate in a team environment
Position Specifications:
Candidate should have at a minimum an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration, and/or 1 year of business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Compensation is based on experience and benefits include: health, dental 401K, vacation and sick pay.
Office hours:
Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
