Job Description
Job Summary Detail-oriented and energetic Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and support our accounting team. We service numerous businesses, including but not limited to restaurants and real estate companies requiring strong attention to detail, ability to provide accurate, timely reporting. Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping operations including data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations using software such as Toast, Yardi, Compeat, SBT, FAS, etc. Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting to maintain accurate financial records. Conduct account analysis, review debits & credits, and ensure accuracy. Skills Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred 2- 5 years bookkeeping experience Proficiency with accounting software such as Toast, Yardi, Compeat, SBT, FAS, etc. Experience with payroll processing, account reconciliation (bank and general ledger), and account analysis Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with financial concepts such as bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, debits & credits, and double-entry bookkeeping Ability to work efficiently with spreadsheets (Excel), including 10 key typing skills for data entry accuracy Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to Self-Review Willing to work independently as well as with others. Ability to communicate effectively.
