Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Experience in office management is a plus! Duties Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records through meticulous data entry and spreadsheet management Handle front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy Support office management by organizing files, maintaining supplies, and overseeing calendar scheduling for staff and clients Assist with client communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions to ensure excellent customer support and service Prepare documents using Word processing software, proofread for accuracy, and perform general clerical duties including filing and document organization Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong emphasis on bookkeeping (preferably with QuickBooks) Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and inventory software Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills across multi-line phone systems Bilingual language skills are highly desirable to enhance client communication and support diverse needs Experience working as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining accuracy in data entry and document proofreading Technical proficiency in office management tools combined with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
