Job Description:

Cash Express is looking for an Accounting Assistant to be responsible for reconciling bank accounts and processing all loan payments received at the Corporate office. Process incoming checks and make payments to customer loans. Deposit checks daily and make necessary general ledger entries. Reconcile all bank accounts, find and correct discrepancies. Open incoming mail and code utility invoices. File and scan paid invoices Other job duties as necessary Requirements Minimum 2 years accounting experience Complete understanding of bookkeeping/accounting including journal entries Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Applicants will be subject to background check and drug test as part of the application process.
