Full Time Accounts Payable Clerk at Unity Medical Center!

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Unity Medical Center. The perfect candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts and incoming payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures. Execute daily financial transactions, which include verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data. Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits. Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accurately accounted for and correctly posted. Monitor vendor payment agreements to guarantee payments remain current. Assist with month-end closing tasks. Maintain precise records of financial transactions.

Skills:
