Job Description

Position Details:
Job Title:
Billing/ Claims/Collections/ Invoices/ Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Pay Range:
$ 35/hr. - $38/hr.
Duration:
6 months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)
Location:
Nashville, TN 37201 (Onsite)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Review, audit, and process a high volume of legal invoices in accordance with company billing guidelines. Support the end-to-end invoice lifecycle, including work-in-progress tracking, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities. Required Qualifications 5+ years of legal billing, e-billing, or related financial operations experience. Strong understanding of the complete invoice lifecycle, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. Experience working with ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and reporting. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or professional services environment. Familiarity with legal billing systems and e-billing platforms. Experience with vendor management and law firm onboarding processes.
