This role offers the opportunity to work closely with accounting leadership while developing strong foundational accounting skills in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities – Accounting Assistant Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger entries Assist with invoicing, billing, and collections activities Maintain organized financial records and documentation Support month-end close activities and financial reporting Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies Qualifications – Accounting Assistant 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred EB-4755117635
